Returns and Refund Policy
- General Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all items sold by InjectaPen are intended for laboratory research purposes only and are handled under strict quality and safety standards.
For health, safety, and contamination control reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, except where required by law. - Cooling-Off Period (Distance Sales)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, if you purchased products online or via distance selling, you may cancel your order within 5 business days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
A reasonable handling or restocking fee may apply as permitted by law. - Defective or Unsafe Products
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, you are entitled to return goods within 6 months of delivery if they are defective, unsafe, not of good quality, or do not match the description provided.
In such cases, InjectaPen will, at your election, repair the product, replace the product, or refund you in full. - Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong product or your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must remain unused and in original packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. - Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective as defined by law: opened or used products, products with broken seals, and products not stored or handled according to provided guidelines.
This is due to strict safety, sterility, and contamination considerations. - Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method. - Limitation
This policy is subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, which cannot be waived or limited by this policy.
