Week 1: loading - 0.25mg (5 clicks), 3 times per week

Week 2: build up - 0.5mg-1mg (10-20 clicks), 3 times per week

Week 3: continue build up dosage until desired colour is achieved

Maintenance: 0.25mg - 0.5 mg (5-10 clicks) to hold colour.
