Total Amount: 1000 mg Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+)
Supplied with: 6 sterile needles (additional needles available separately)
Description
The NAD+ Pen contains Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+), an essential coenzyme naturally present in every living cell. NAD+ plays a central role in cellular energy production, mitochondrial function, DNA repair, and healthy aging.
Structurally, NAD+ consists of two nucleotides joined by phosphate groups—one containing adenine and the other nicotinamide. It continuously cycles between its oxidized (NAD+) and reduced (NADH) forms, allowing it to participate in hundreds of metabolic reactions responsible for converting nutrients into usable cellular energy.
Mechanism of Action
NAD+ functions as a critical cofactor for several enzyme systems that regulate energy production, cellular repair, and metabolic health, including:
- Sirtuins (SIRT1-SIRT7): Support DNA repair, mitochondrial biogenesis, epigenetic regulation, inflammation control, and longevity pathways.
- PARPs (Poly ADP-Ribose Polymerases): Detect and repair DNA damage while maintaining genomic stability.
- CD38 and CD157: Regulate calcium signaling, immune function, and NAD+ metabolism.
Supplementation helps replenish declining NAD+ levels associated with aging and physiological stress. Elevated NAD+ availability supports:
- Enhanced mitochondrial ATP production
- Improved oxidative phosphorylation and energy metabolism
- Activation of cellular repair pathways
- Reduced oxidative stress
- Improved metabolic flexibility and insulin sensitivity
- Greater resilience against age-related cellular dysfunction
Indications & Usage
The NAD+ Pen is formulated to support healthy cellular function and metabolic performance. It may be used to assist with:
- Restoring healthy intracellular NAD+ levels
- Supporting cellular energy production
- Promoting mitochondrial efficiency and metabolic function
- Enhancing endurance, vitality, and recovery
- Supporting healthy aging and cellular repair mechanisms
- Improving metabolic resilience during periods of increased physical or mental demand
Contraindications & Warnings
Do not use if you have:
- Known hypersensitivity to NAD+ or any formulation ingredient
- Active malignancy (due to theoretical concerns regarding enhanced cellular metabolism)
- Severe liver or kidney disease
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Are under 18 years of age
Warnings
- Use only under the supervision of a qualified healthcare professional.
- Routine monitoring of liver function, glucose metabolism, and other clinical markers may be appropriate during extended use.
- This product should not replace a healthy lifestyle or established medical treatment for metabolic or age-related conditions.
- Higher doses may occasionally cause temporary flushing, gastrointestinal discomfort, or fluctuations in energy levels.
- Discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if severe abdominal pain, allergic reactions, or unexpected neurological symptoms occur.

- Insert the needle at a 45-90° angle and inject slowly.
- Remove the needle and dispose of it safely.
- Replace the pen cap after each use.
- Rotate injection sites regularly to minimize irritation.
- Inspect the solution before every injection. Do not use if the solution is cloudy, discoloured, or contains visible particles.
Possible Side Effects
NAD+ is generally well tolerated when used appropriately. Mild and temporary side effects may include:
- Injection-site redness, itching, or mild discomfort
- Temporary headache, flushing, or light-headedness
- Mild nausea, bloating, or gastrointestinal discomfort
- Temporary fatigue or changes in energy levels during early use
- Rare hypersensitivity reactions
Discontinue use and seek medical advice if severe or persistent symptoms develop, including severe headache, abdominal pain, breathing difficulty, or signs of an allergic reaction.
Storage & Handling
- Store refrigerated or in a cool, dry place (maximum 25-30°C).
