Description

SLU-PP-332 is a novel synthetic small-molecule pan-agonist designed to activate the estrogen-related receptors ERRα, ERRβ, and ERRγ. Unlike traditional hormone-based therapies, it is non-steroidal, non-endocrine disrupting, and does not bind to classical estrogen receptors (ERα or ERβ).

Administration Instructions

1. Wash your hands thoroughly and prepare a clean working area.
2. Attach a new sterile needle.
3. Dial the prescribed number of clicks (240 clicks for a full dose).
4. Clean the injection site (abdomen or thigh) with an alcohol swab.
5. Insert the needle at a 45-90° angle and inject slowly.
6. Remove the needle and dispose of it safely.
7. Replace the protective cap after each use.
8. Rotate injection sites to minimise irritation.
9. Inspect the solution before every injection. Do not administer if it appears cloudy, discoloured, or contains visible particles.

Side Effects

Although human clinical data remain limited, available preclinical studies suggest SLU-PP-332 is generally well tolerated.

Potential side effects may include:

• Mild redness, itching, or irritation at the injection site
• Temporary headache, flushing, or light-headedness
• Mild gastrointestinal discomfort, including nausea or bloating

Storage & Handling

• Do not freeze.

• After first use, continue storing under the same recommended conditions.
• Keep out of reach of children.
