Description
Meno-Pause Pen combines two complementary growth hormone-releasing peptides that work together to naturally stimulate the body's own production of growth hormone.
Sermorelin is a synthetic analogue of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH), consisting of the first 29 amino acids of the naturally occurring hormone.

Ipamorelin is a highly selective growth hormone secretagogue and ghrelin receptor agonist designed to stimulate natural growth hormone release without significantly affecting cortisol, prolactin, or appetite.

(Aib = 2-aminoisobutyric acid; D-2-Nal = D-2-naphthylalanine)
Together, these peptides are formulated to support healthy nocturnal growth hormone release while maintaining the body's normal hormonal feedback mechanisms.
Mechanism of Action
Sermorelin stimulates the Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH) receptor located on pituitary somatotroph cells. Activation of this receptor increases intracellular cyclic AMP (cAMP), encouraging the pituitary gland to release natural growth hormone in physiological pulses. Because this process follows the body's own feedback system through IGF-1, hormone production remains self-regulated.
Ipamorelin selectively activates the Growth Hormone Secretagogue Receptor (GHSR-1a), producing additional pulses of endogenous growth hormone while having minimal impact on cortisol, prolactin, ACTH, or appetite.
When combined, Sermorelin and Ipamorelin work synergistically to:

Contraindications & Warnings
Do not use if you have:
- Known hypersensitivity to Sermorelin, Ipamorelin, or any formulation ingredient

- Severe uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- Proliferative diabetic retinopathy
- Pituitary tumour or intracranial lesion
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Are under 18 years of age
Warnings
- Use only under the supervision of a qualified healthcare professional.
- Routine monitoring of IGF-1, blood glucose, HbA1c, and other clinical parameters is recommended during extended use.
- This product should not replace conventional treatment for metabolic disorders, sleep disorders, or other underlying medical conditions.
- Temporary fluid retention, mild insulin resistance, or carpal tunnel-like symptoms may occur.

Recommended Timing
- Administer in the evening, preferably at bedtime.
- For optimal results, inject 1–2 hours after your final meal and on an empty stomach to align with the body's natural nighttime growth hormone release.
Administration Instructions
- Wash hands thoroughly before use.
- Attach a new sterile needle.
- Dial 12 clicks.
- Clean the injection site (abdomen or thigh) using an alcohol swab.
- Insert the needle at a 45–90° angle and inject slowly.
- Remove and safely dispose of the needle.
- Replace the protective cap.
- Rotate injection sites regularly.
- Inspect the solution before each use. Do not inject if the solution appears cloudy, discoloured, or contains visible particles.
Possible Side Effects
Meno-Pause Pen is generally well tolerated. Most reported side effects are mild and temporary and may include:
- Mild injection-site redness, itching, or irritation
- Headache or light-headedness
- Temporary flushing
- Mild water retention
- Joint stiffness
- Mild gastrointestinal discomfort
- Temporary changes in appetite
- Occasional increases in blood glucose or insulin resistance markers
Discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately if severe headache, visual disturbances, allergic reactions, or persistent abdominal pain occur.
Storage & Handling
- Store refrigerated or in a cool, dry place (≤25–30°C / 77–86°F).
- Do not freeze.
- Keep the pen capped and protected from heat and direct light.
- Continue storing under the same conditions after first use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Discard if expired or if the solution becomes cloudy, discoloured, or contains visible particles.
