Description

The Wolverine Pen combines two well-known regenerative peptides that work together to support tissue repair, recovery, and overall musculoskeletal health.

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a naturally occurring gastric protein fragment. It is composed of the amino acid sequence:

Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val (GEPPPGKPADDAGLV).

TB-500 is a synthetic version of the active region of Thymosin Beta-4, an actin-binding protein involved in tissue regeneration and cellular repair. Its primary active sequence is:

Ac-Leu-Lys-Lys-Thr-Glu-Thr-Gln (Ac-LKKTETQ).

Together, these peptides provide complementary support for tissue regeneration, recovery, and healing.

Mechanism of Action

The Wolverine Pen supports multiple biological pathways involved in tissue repair and recovery.

BPC-157 promotes:

  • Angiogenesis through VEGF and nitric oxide signalling
  • Fibroblast migration and collagen production
  • Protection of vascular endothelial cells
  • Regulation of growth factors such as VEGF, FGF, and EGF
  • Recovery of tendons, ligaments, muscles, gastrointestinal tissue, and connective tissue

TB-500 contributes by:

  • Supporting actin regulation for improved cell migration
  • Encouraging tissue regeneration and wound healing
  • Enhancing angiogenesis and extracellular matrix remodeling
  • Reducing inflammation and limiting cellular apoptosis
  • Supporting recovery of muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, and connective tissue

Working together, these peptides provide comprehensive support for soft-tissue healing, improved circulation, reduced inflammation, and enhanced recovery following injury or physical stress.

Indications & Intended Use

Wolverine Pen is formulated to support tissue repair and musculoskeletal recovery and may be used to assist with:

  • Muscle, tendon, ligament, and joint recovery
  • Soft tissue repair following exercise or injury
  • Reduction of inflammation associated with overuse
  • Recovery after surgery or rehabilitation programs
  • Maintenance of connective tissue health and flexibility
